The first noble truth is that life is full of unavoidable suffering, it can be caused by physical or emotional pain or expectations and make you feel like a failure when it is not fulfilled as you desired.

Emotional Pain- Emotional pain reflects the pain you suffering which has non-physical origin such as guilt and remorse.

Buddhism has three noble truth each one related to it previous one. In first it describes what is pain, in second it tells us about the cause of suffering. In the third noble truth Buddha says that it can all end if we stop clinging to our expectation and stop having attachments.

Therefore he says attachments brings the suffering, hence all the human being suffers the disappointment and life turns into pain .

Therefore, Correct option is (A).
