One angle of a right triangle measures 69∘. What is the measure of the third angle?

21°.

In a right-angle triangle, there is always a 90° angle. Because of this, and our knowledge about a 69° angle, when we add 90° + 69° and get 159° as a result, we just subtract this from the area of a triangle, which is 180°. 180° - 159° = 21°, hence the missing and third angle is 21°.
