Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

There are 5 different attending skills:

Eye contact.

~Eye contact is when you constantly make eye contact with the person you are speaking to. This is important because it not only shows that you are invested in the conversation but also because you will maintain focus.

Body language.

~Body language is when you are moving your body to show what you are saying or to show that you are listening to a person. It is important because it helps anyone decipher what you are talking about or reassure the person speaking that you are listening.

Gestures.

Facial expressions.

~Just like body language, face expression is how your face rest when you are talking. if you look too bored the person you are speaking to will not see that you are interested to what they're saying. and it's the same as when you're speaking if you look very angry or uninterested to what your saying or even confused about what you are talking about you will not be seen as professional.

Tone of voice.

Your tone of voice will show if you are confident, or confused, or even knowledgeable enough to talk about the topic you are talking about. Tone of voice is when you keep your voice in a monotone voice unless your talking about some thing joyful, or sad, or anything. your voice should match what you are talking about.
