If you need help with the actual signs, no, ofc 8.8 does not equal 10. So = is off. But the ≤ and ≥ are possible.
Think of those signs like crocodiles, like my teacher once taught me. Instead of ≤ and ≥, think of them as crocodiles. 8.8 < 10 because the crocodile would rather eat more [food/fish/whatever] than less. So its mouth is open for the 10, to eat it.
