How did the American Indians react when the European settlers tried to encroach on their lands?

As one does, they resited. It was their home, so they had to fight for their land and for control. For a short amount of time, there was warfare.

But soon, the European settlers began to control them. Even to the point of murder, sexual abuse, and controlling their outward appearance.

In the end, they were either killed, captured, or sent away to another land. The European settlers conquered the land that would soon become what we know today as America.
