So this is more of an opinionated question rather than a question another individual besides yourself can answer.
What I would do is look at Liberty #4 and see if that is something I agree with and if goes against my personal views or not. That is your best bet.
To sum article #4 up, Liberty consists in being able to do anything that does not harm others: thus, the exercise of the natural rights of every man has no bounds other than those that ensure to the other members of society the enjoyment of these same rights. These bounds may be determined only by Law.
Personally, I agree with this. Because if you break a law nowadays, you will end up hurting the receiving party one way or another.
For example, stealing. If you steal from someone, you are not only breaking a law but you are hurting the business of the person you stole from.
