Listening to them, understanding them, helping them, being a should for them to lean on. being there for a person is making sure that they are okay, that they are well taken care of and to make them feel heard and loved. Sometimes we can get caught up in our own stuff, and not realize how much we neglect others. That person can reciprocate those same feelings back to you, to make sure you are beards and loved also. It works both ways, so neither person feel used or torn and beaten down. We must always check up on each other and give each other good advice and make sure that we are all good.
