Why do some people not sweat, while other, sweat?

For example, I am hyperactive, I have been for life, I barely sweat. I also have the bad habit of not consuming a lot of water during the day and that keeps me somewhat dehydrated, but it is a fact that the human organism works differently and that is the cause of whether or not the body sweats, whether it maintains a good temperature or keep very cold or something warm, whether it needs a lot of water or not.
