Everyone goes through phases where they do not feel good about themselves or their bodies, so this alone does not mean that a person has body image issues. Why is it important to address these feelings if they do not go away?​

It's important to address these feelings if they do not go away because it can really mess with our mental health. If we start seeing ourselves as a person we don't want this could lead to self hatred. We should try to accept it and it is hard to but some point in life you'd have acknowledge it. If this continues the way you think others view you can also alter leading you to think negatively.
