Answer:

1. The two turkeys that had to be excluded weighed less than 25 pounds and more than 40 pounds. So the combined weight of the two turkeys would be 25 + 40 = 65 pounds.

2. The largest turkey exceeded the maximum weight of 40 pounds by 40 - 33 = 7 pounds.

3. Of the six turkeys Zara was permitted to sell, the combined weight of the turkey that weighed the least and the turkey that weighed the most would be 25 + 40 = 65 pounds.
