Explanation:

You would use an inverse sine, if I'm not mistaken. You have the O (opposite) and the H (hypotenuse). With that you can do SOH - or sine. But since you want the angle, you do an inverse. So you do the inverse sine of O over H, or the inverse sine of 5/18. It gives you 16.128 degrees or so.
