Answer: 70%
2 red + 4 greens + 15 yellow + 9 purple = 30 marbles in total
30 marbles - 9 purple marbles = 21 marbles that are not purple
P(not purple) = 21/30
21/30 as a decimal would be 0.7 which could then be converted into a percentage which would be 70%.
