3X-Y=3 (2)

we will put the value of Y from equation (1) in equation (2)

3X-(-X+1)=3

3X+X-1=3

4X-1=3

Taking -1 to R.H.S

4X=3+1

4X=4

X=4/4

X=1

Now put the value of X in equation (1)

Y=-X+1

Y=-1+1

Y=0

So the option will be B (1,0)
