The last time I went outdoors was in the fall, I went for a walk and enjoyed the scenery of the fall leaves falling and the beautiful colors that surrounded me. I personally believe that we need to be spending more time outdoors because this can lower mental illnesses, helps keep your heart healthy, and helps your cortisol levels low. Going outside is backed by science as being good for you and can overall improve your life.
