Answer: 10 liters

Explanation:

Let the number of liters of 10% solution be
x.

0.10x+5(0.25)=0.15(x+5)\\\\0.10x+1.25=0.15x+0.75\\\\1.25=0.05x+0.75\\\\0.05x=0.50\\\\x=10
