as you already know, to get the inverse of any expression we start off by doing a quick switcheroo on the variables and then solving for "y", let's do so.

\stackrel{f(x)}{y}~~ = ~~10(\sqrt[7]{x}+9)\hspace{5em}\stackrel{\textit{quick switcheroo}}{x~~ = ~~10(\sqrt[7]{y}+9)} \\\\\\ \cfrac{x}{10}=\sqrt[7]{y}+9\implies \cfrac{x}{10}-9=\sqrt[7]{y} \\\\\\ \left( \cfrac{x}{10}-9 \right)^7=(\sqrt[7]{y})^7 \implies \left( \cfrac{x}{10}-9 \right)^7=\stackrel{f^(-1)(x)}{y}
