A study was created to test the effects of different types of noise (volume is the same on all noise) on people's sleep

quality. The hypothesis of the experiment was that if people listened to nature sounds as they fall asleep, they will have a
higher quality of sleep. For the experiment, 3 groups of people were created. One group was placed in a quiet room where
they went to sleep with no noise, another group was in a room with nature sounds and the third group was in a room with
jet engine noise. The sleep quality of each group was measured by counting the number of sleep cycles the people moved
through during the night.

It depends on how deep a person can sleep and if they are safe in there surroundings. If you feel safe in the place you are in you will sleep better do to how your body relaxes and also depends if you sleep with someone or sleep alone
