Use cos because it deals with the adjacent angle and the hypotenuse, which is all that we have here.

cos (61 degrees) = c/19

plug in cos(61) degrees into your calculator to get .484

.484 = c/19

Multiply both sides by 19 to isolate c by itself.

9.20 = c
