Sally is a 30 year old female who has come to the clinic because she has noticed swelling in her

neck. Upon examination, you note that her neck looks like she swallowed an orange. She also
reports that she has some pain while swallowing. During the interview, Sally tells you that she has
been on a "health kick" and has entirely cut salt out of her diet because "it's so bad for you!"

I think it's because she's not drinking proper amount of water as I had faced this problem before cuz of shortage of water
