Explanation:

You will be using the equation of Y= Mx+B

First you must find the Y intercept, where the line crosses the Y axis, this is at positive four, this will be your B value. then you find the slope by picking 2 easily readable points on the graph, to do this i will choose (0,4) and (2,3), then you find the change in Y and put it in a fraction over the change in x, since this is going down the slope will have a negative infront of it, so your fraction is
(3-4)/(2-0) which equates to
(-1)/(2) so your slope is -1/2 (this is M value)

so lastly you plug it all in, Y= -1/2x+4
