25 cookies

Explanation:

After she gives away 5 of her 10 cookies she is left with 5 cookies. Then she bakes 20 more. So you add 5 cookies to 20 cookies, and you get 25 cookies.

Or in total with all of the cookies she had before she gave away 5 of the 10, and the newly baked 20 cookies she has 30 cookies.
