that is a college level question ? and you don't know the answer ?

that is basic, basic, basic ...

you go on the x-axis to -2.

from there you go either up or down and look at what y-value are you crossing the functional curve.

it is -1.

so, the "output" for x = -2 is y = -1. or simply -1.
