Under his cell phone plan, Gabriel pays a flat cost of $52.50 per month and $5 per gigabyte. He wants to keep his bill under $75 per month. Write and solve an inequality which can be used to determine 9, the number of gigabytes Gabriel can use while staying within his budget.

For Gabriel to stay within budget he can have 4 gigabytes. 5x4=20+52.5= $72.50
