Answer: - x + 4y = 16

1. Move your ax term to the other side by subtracting it on both sides.
y - 1/4x = 4

2. Now multiply everything by 4 to get rid of the fraction.
4y - x = 16

3. Reorder the terms into standard form
- x + 4y = 16
