Yes because if u are a boy and u want to be a girl u where born naturally with boy body parts.

So the best way to put it is that a trans woman or man was born with the opposite genders genitalia so say you were a man at birth and wanted to be a trans women you would be born with male genitalia I hope this clears it up a little bit just do some research and take your time to figure out your sexuality no matter what it is don’t be ashamed of it but take the time to figure it out it’s okay to be confused
