Given the domain

\begin{gathered} \text{domain} \\ \mleft\lbrace-2,2,4\mright) \end{gathered}

and relation

\begin{gathered} 3x+y=3 \\ x=\text{range} \\ y=\text{range} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 3x+y=3 \\ y=3-3x \end{gathered}

Find the values of y for x vlalues of the domain

\begin{gathered} \text{when x=-2} \\ y=3-3x \\ y=3-3(-2) \\ y=3+6=9 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{when x=2} \\ y=3-3(2) \\ y=3-6=-3 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{when x=4} \\ y=3-3(4) \\ y=3-12 \\ y=-9 \end{gathered}

Hence, the range of the relation is {9,-3,-9},OPTION B
