Answer:

Density of water = 1 (1 g / ml)

.25 L = 250 ml (milleters)

mass of flask = 250 ml * 1 g / ml = 250 g (water to fill flask)

Equivalent mass of Hg = 13.5 * 250 g = 3375 g = 3.375 kg
