metal remaining. The equation 8.2x - 2.3x = 177 represents how much sheet metal is remaining and
the cost of the remaining amount. How much does sheet metal cost per square foot?

ANSWER=30

because if you 8.2-2.3 you get 5.9 and if you divide by 177 it is 30
