What I am seeing is that these two are equal ratios. If 20 divided by a number=4 we do 20/4=5 so we have to divide 45 by 5 to find out what x is equal to. If this doesn’t make sense read it a couple of times and watch videos on how to find missing equal ratios. Hope this helps!
