Answer: the length in the drawing is 1.166666...ft or 14 inches.

Explanation:

there are 0.75 ft in 9 inches, and 45/0.75=60. So, to find x you need to divide 70 by 60. :))

If you needed to answer in inches, I found my answer by dividing 45/9 which equals 5, so x=70/5. x=14 inches.
