The five causes of ww1 were
Militarism- countries started bulking their militaries up with a lot more weapons
Alliances- everyone was really paranoid so countries started making alliances with each other so that if one of them went to war the others would come and help
Imperialism- European countries thinking that they were better than everyone else so they started colonizing inferior countries
Nationalism- people thinking that their country was so amazing to the point that they end up ignoring all the bad stuff that’s happening in their country and can only find faults in other countries
