You use the formula 2(pi)(r).
Your diameter is 26, divided by 2 to get the radius, 13.

Working out:
2 * (pi) (13)

Should give you the answer of B.

The diameter of the bike tire is 26 inches. Given. The radius of the bike tire is 26/2=13 inches. The circumference is 2(Pi)(13)= 81.68 inches, rounded to the nearest hundredth.
