how do I solve for there are 16 bacteria in a beaker? four hours later there are 228 bacteria in the beaker. what is the rate of change per hour in the number of bacteria?

Its kind of simple really

first you divide 228 by 4 which give you the amount of bacteria increased each hour which is 57

so the answer is 57 bacteria per hour
