Answer: y= -11/2x + 7

Explanation:

(2,7) and (4,-4)

Do
(y^(2) - y^1)/(x^2-x^1) \\ so it should look like this
(-4-7)/(4-2) =(-\\11)/(2)

(-11)/(2) is your slope

Then you need to find your "b" term.

-4=(-11)/(2) (2) +b

Multiply -11/2 by 2 and add 11 to both sides

Then do -4 + 11 which equals 7

So 7 is your b term

So your answer is y= -11/2 + 7
