Answer: Jacob will be 16 (16.5) years old, which is half of Todd's age, in 4 years.

Explanation:

33 ÷ 2 = 16.5

1/2 of Todd's age = 16.5 (16)

16 - 12 = 4 years (4.5 years to be specific)
