The answer is D. The Mongols had control of Russia for a large period of times. They called it the Khanate of the Golden Horde and it lasted the longest out of any of the khanates. The Khanate of the Golden Horde only ended when one of the Russian Tsars decided to stand up to the Mongols and free Russia from Mongolian rule.
