Answer:

Slope is -3

Explanation:

slope is the change in y divided by the change in x

from 7 to 4, y changes by -3, this holds true for 4 to 1, so our change in y is -3

from 0 to 1, x changes by 1, this holds true for 1 to 2 so our change in x is 1

-3/1 = -3

Answer:

slope = - 3

Explanation:

calculate the slope m using the slope formula

m =
(y_(2)-y_(1) )/(x_(2)-x_(1) )

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (0, 7) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (3, - 2) ← 2 ordered pairs from the table

m =
(-2-7)/(3-0) =
(-9)/(3) = - 3
