Marilyn works with a coworker who insists on wearing powerful perfume to work. She states that she paid a lot for it and is proud that she is able to afford it. You believe that it is not part of her professional image at work.

1. Should you say anything to Marilyn, and if so, what?

2. If you decide to talk with her about the issue, where and when should you do this?

3. If you decide not to talk to Marilyn, what, if anything, should happen next?

Yes, you should say something because it may cause problems with future customers. If you decide to talk with her about it, you should try and meet up with her at a different location, perhaps a cafe of some sort, and when? after work as to not disrupt any customers or other employees.

If you don't talk to her about the perfume, nothing changes, she'll keep wearing the "intense" fragrance until she uses it all, which will take a while.

-P.S. if there's anything else I can add just let me know

Knock em' dead :)
