Answer:

y = 0.25x + 1

Explanation:

so, the coordinates are (0, 1) and (4, 2)

The slope formula is: change in y over change in x

which is: (2 - 1) / (4 - 0) = 0.25

the y-intercept formula is: the y value when x is equal to 0

which is: 1

So we group them together:

the slope-intercept form is y = mx + b

m = slope

b = y-intercept

which is: y = 0.25x + 1
