u =0m/sec

acceleration = 5 m/s ^2

s = 4.75m

by using the third equation of motion

v^2 - u.^2 = 2as

v^2 - 0 = 2 * 0.5 * 4.75

so v^2 = 4.75

so v = 2.17m/sec

this is the answer
