-25x+26

Explanation:

Subtract 4 from the x-value and add 4 to the other number. If you subtract 4 from both numbers after the -9x+10, you're going to get -13x+14. If you subtract 4 again, you're going to get -17x+18. If you do that 2 more times, you're going to get your final answer, -25x+26.
