y=2x^2+6x+11
y=2(x^2+3x+(11)/(2))
y=2(x^2+3x+(9)/(4)-(9)/(4)+(11)/(2))
y=2(x^2+3x+((3)/(2))^2)-(9)/(2)+(22)/(2)
y=2(x+(3)/(2)^{})^2+(13)/(2)
