Im starting to write my first book called 'dressed for revenge' i have done a title and im hoping for this to be a sort of murder/crime story can anyone help with an eye-catching introduction that will bring the readers intrested? I will give creds

"Clack, clack, clack" the sound of feets running down the blood stained stairs could be heard in the building that was supposed to be empty.

"stop" yells a shirtless man chasing after two vaguely dressed individuals. Just as he reached out to grab one of them, he trips rolling down the stairs to the ground floor.

"bang" a shot ends his life. Who would have known that his death would be the third count of murder today?
