the answer is d. must have a drivers license, you do not have to drive but you will have to have valid I.D.

Explanation: According the US law, the citizen must be 18 years of age to vote. If you are under 18 you are not eligible to vote. Looking at the other options, the person who is voting should be a United States citizen, this is important, in order to eradicate outside influence and only the citizens can decide the future of their country. Moreover, you can only vote in the specific area where you are living in. This leaves us only with the option of having a driver’s license because it has nothing to do with a citizen giving a vote.
