He has plans for closing Guantanamo Bay and has recently opened relations with Cuba. He has been criticized for making a nuclear deal with Iran and has pushed for Obamacare which is his universal healthcare plan. He is a Democrat and pushes for liberal policies. He has also defeated Republic nominee Mitt Romney to win a second term in 2012.
