Going through a divorce is extremely hard, but there are a few ways to control your feelings. One way is talk to someone you can trust like a qualified adult, someone your really close to like a best friend or a therapist. There are exercises that you can practice everyday to keep yourself feeling calm to, for example, writing journal entries or drawing out how your feeling can do a lot. One last thing you can do is to do something, it doesn't matter what it is, maybe a day at the zoo or just playing board games at home to keep your mind of the situation can really help.
