1/4 so I'm guessing 1/4 inches represent 1 unit of whatever the tree's height is measured in.

Height of tree = (13 in) / (1/4 in/unit)
= 52 units

Therefore, the actual tree is 52 units tall. Please fill in the units with the actual measurement.
