What are the possible widths of Will's yard? AND Steve pays less than $32 per day to rent his apartment. August has 31 days. What are the possible amounts Steve could pay for rent in August? One possible width of Will's yard is 11 (11*15.5= 170.5)
As for Steve, less than $32 is pretty broad, so I picked $17, where he would pay $527 per month.
