The answer is: the window is 22 ft tall and this is how to solve that is by doing the following : 154 divide by 7 = 22

154 is the area so...
154 divided by 7 is 22
p= 2 (l+w)
p = 2 (22 + 7)
p = 2 (29)
p = 58 feet
the perimeter is 58 feet
