Indeed, for a person to be considered physically fit, his/her body composition should show an equal distribution of fat and muscle. The human body is anatomically composed by unequally distributed portions of fat (either good or bad cholesterol), water, muscles, blood and bones as well. Therefore, a healthy person is the one whose body achieves the correct measure between fat and muscles.

In order to help the student expand his/her knowledge I will help answer the question. This in hope that the student will get a piece of knowledge that will help him/her through his/her homework or future tests.

For a person to be considered physically fit, his or her body composition should show a low body fat percentage. This is due to the fact that if you are physically fit it means that you perform physical activities without getting excessively fatigued. The correct choice is letter

D. Should show a low body fat percentage

I hope it helps, Regards.
